Order processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 0–1 business day. You will receive tracking details by email once your order ships. Temperature-sensitive items are dispatched with appropriate cold-chain packaging where required.
Shipping rates & delivery times
Delivery times are estimates in business days from dispatch and exclude customs clearance, where applicable. Rates are charged at checkout in your regional currency.

Cold-chain handling
Where a product requires refrigeration, it ships in insulated packaging. On arrival, inspect the parcel, transfer temperature-sensitive items to 2–8 °C storage promptly, and contact us if packaging arrives damaged or warm.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery provided the product is unused and in its original, sealed packaging. To start a return, contact us with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
The following cannot be returned once opened or unsealed, for safety and integrity reasons: any product whose tamper-evident seal is broken, or any temperature-sensitive item that has left the cold chain.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order number and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
