Biography
John C. Wooley, PhD, is Associate Vice Chancellor for Research at UC San Diego and a long-standing leader in computational biology. A former NSF and DOE program director, he has shaped national investments in bioinformatics infrastructure and serves as Project Director of the JCSG Bioinformatics Core.
